BICKLEY GLASS PENDANT LIGHT MIXED PROFILE - MEDIUM

I discovered this balance lamp a few years ago and promised myself that one day I own and cherish one of these striking desk lamps.
I was finally ready to make my purchase and contacted South Charlotte Fine Lighting, they answered my questions promptly and I knew straight away it was the right place to purchase from. Delivery was straight forward. Packaging was great and considerate. I bought a beautiful light that was a good price compared to other stores. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite the right aesthetic for the room but the customer service at South Charlotte couldn't have been any better with a simple return organised by Steven.

I really like dealing with this company. The communication is great. The delivery only took few days even though the pendants came from Germany. The items are good quality and look beautiful. I will be buying more from them as i am doing couple of renovation projects at the moment.

I love my lamp, it really is a very splendid thing. I sculpt in clay and I have put it next to my books. Thank you so much, I will treasure it - my daughter has already asked if I can leave it to her in my will!!!! so it will be a family heirloom!!

Well, all I can say is the lamp was beyond a triumph!! I wasnt with my nephew when he opened it, but my sister sent the message only half way through opening lamp and he is shrieking with delight! They then sent me a picture with the words Genuinely awesome!

The professionalism and design help prior to final sign off was fantastic with a bespoke solution found for a particularly tricky room. The the final products are perfect and the manufacturing quality is fantastic.
