Most appointments will take around 30 minutes but you should allow up to an hour if you want to go through options and discuss ideas.

We use the expertise of a dedicated lighting designer to propose the best lighting range and style for your home. We will also use the designer if, for example, you’re looking to setup a lighting cascade in your home or if you’re wanting to modify any of the existing Leverint or Arcform lighting you see on our website.

We have no expectation that you will buy. The aim of our service is to provide you with the information you need to be able to decide on the lighting that feels right for you and your home. In doing so, we hope that more people will become aware of the products and services offered by South Charlotte Fine Lighting. If you buy then you’ll be supporting a small business dedicated to helping people make their homes look amazing.

A few days after we email the proposed design over to you, we’ll give you a call to see if you received it and if you have any questions.
After that, it’s very much up to you to decide what happens next.
If you love the design and want to purchase it then there will be a payment link provided for you to place your order online (you can also phone your order through to us and pay over the phone).
If you would like to make changes to the proposed design then phone or email us and we’ll be happy to look at those. We allow one round of changes free of charge.
If you choose not to buy then we hope you felt you got some value from working with us and will consider South Charlotte Fine Lighting again in the future.

We only work with high-end British manufacturers who painstakingly create each light by hand here in the UK. In our experience, this delivers the very best quality which you will notice and appreciate as soon as you see it in your home. The careful design process we take you through is intended to make sure you are completely happy with the lighting you order. Handmade products are usually customised to fit your home and so can’t be returned. In the highly unlikely event of you being in anyway dissatisfied then please contact us and we’ll do what we can to help.
