However, we reserve the right to maintain our advertised price in the following scenarios:

• The product is an ‘open box’, part of a closing down sale or in used condition
• If the product identified is an imitation or a copy of the advertised product
• If you find the product at the trade price or lower
• Where you have already purchased the product
• If the price plus delivery would represent a financial loss to our business.
