Shipping policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card but it won't be charged until we contact our supplier to confirm that the product(s) you purchased is available.

Once confirmed, we will process the payment and your order will be placed immediately.

If there is going to be any delay, such as part of all of your order being on backorder, we will contact you immediately to see if you wish to wait, select alternative products or cancel.

If we can't get a response within 48 hours, we will cancel your order and your card will not be charged.

Processing Times

If you place an order during office hours, Monday to Friday, we will process it within 1-2 hours.

If you place your order at the end of the day or after 5pm, we will usually process it before 11am on the following weekday morning.

Orders are not routinely processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

During major holidays, such as Christmas and New Year, processing and delivery times will be affected and changes will be published here and, if required, elsewhere on the website.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed and we've checked the product(s) is in stock and either available for dispatch or ready to be made, we will charge your card.

If the item you ordered is available for immediate dispatch, we will aim to have it dispatched within 1-3 days from the time you placed your order. We’ll then send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 5 working days, please contact customer support.

Damages

We ask customers to thoroughly inspect all items when they're delivered.

If the package has been damaged - over and above minor scuffs and scrapes to the outside packaging - then we would ask you to refuse delivery.

If you discover that the iterm(s) in your order have been damaged after you've accepte delivery, please send clear photos of the damaged items to support@southcharlotte.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Shipping Charges to the UK

Shipping on all orders valued at £75 or more is free of charge.

Shipping charges for orders valued at £74.99 or less has a standard charge of £8.60.
