Please allow extra time for consultation and exploration of the options. Once you're comfortable with your choices and place your order, allow around four weeks for your chandelier to be made by hand here in the UK and delivered.

We offer free samples of the standard colours and finishes so you can judge whether they'll look good in your home. If you're wanting a custom colour or finish then we can source that as well but there may be a small cost which we would refund if you proceed with the purchase.
What is your returns policy for ARC Chandeliers?
While bespoke items personalised to your requirements are not eligible for being returned, we will provide samples and other support to make sure you are comfortable with your decision before ordering. Please see our Refund Policy for details or contact us for further information.
Do you arrange for installation?
We don't arrange that ourselves but we can advise on the professionals you should approach and what they need to be aware of to make sure installation goes as smoothly as possible.
